Pay only for what you use. Start with one vehicle and its inspections, then add Hours of Service or equipment and watch your monthly cost update. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
ReadyChek rates
Every truck, van and trailer: $1.00 a month.
Vehicle inspection: $0.50 each. A trailer inspected along with its truck costs nothing extra.
Equipment: $1.00 a month for each piece.
Equipment inspection: $0.25 each.
Hours of Service: $0.35 per on-duty day when you also use Inspections, or $0.50 per on-duty day on its own. Days off duty cost nothing.
GPS tracking: $12.00 per vehicle a month.
Phone support: $5.00 a month. Email support is always free.
Common questions
Is there a contract?
No. ReadyChek has no long-term contract. Each month you pay for what your fleet used.
When am I billed?
On the 1st of each month, for the month before. The invoice lists the storage fees for your trucks, trailers and equipment, and counts the inspections and on-duty days your drivers recorded.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every new account starts with a free 30-day trial.
Is the calculator exact?
It gives an estimate. Your invoice is worked out from what your fleet actually records during the month.
