What are Checklists?

Checklists enable safety managers to define a custom set of inspection questions tailored to specific vehicles, trailers, or equipment. They can be utilized in two primary scenarios:

1. As a Supplemental Add-on: Verify custom fleet-specific or client-specific items alongside standard regulatory pre-trips.

2. As the Primary Criteria: Inspect non-regulated assets (such as utility vehicles, machinery, or office-owned cars) using specialized check-sheets.

Available Actions

From the Checklists page, safety managers can easily manage checklists using the following actions:

• Add Action: Build a custom checklist using flexible question types, including Text Fields, Number Fields, Yes/No (Boolean) toggles, and Single/Multi-Select dropdowns.

• Update Action: Modify checklists as your fleet assets and operational requirements change.

• Details Action: Review configured checklist questions and responses at a glance.

• Remove Action: Safely archive checklists when they are no longer needed, with options to filter and restore removed checklists.
